What is Pole Dance Fitness? Pole Dance Fitness is one of the best workouts you will ever get. Forget going to the gym and running on the boring treadmill or doing your same old routine week after week. Pole dance fitness combines stretching, Pilates, yoga, dance, flexibility training, core and strength training to help you build muscle, lose pounds, inches and build confidence. At Inversions Pole Fitness we care about our clients and our goal is to motivate our students, regardless of shape or size to build both physical and mental strength and relieve life’s day to day stressors towards becoming totally rejuvenated.

What should I wear to class? Workout attire is preferred. A tank top is best because you will need to have your skin exposed on your arms and shoulders for various pole tricks. Yoga shorts or any workout short attire is good as long as they are above the knee. Your skin needs to be exposed on your legs for climbing the pole. High heels are optional. Please do not wear lotions or oils the day of your class, as you will have difficultly climbing the pole. Jewelry is not allowed due to safety reasons.

What is the cancellation policy? Inversions has a 24 hour cancellation policy, barring any unforseen emergency. Classes can be rescheduled as long as we receive an email, text or a phone call within 24hours of your scheduled class. Clients have up to two weeks to reschedule a missed class within the current session. Make up classes cannot be carried over into new sessions. If we do not receive notice or you no show for your class after making a reservation you will not be allowed to attend a make up class and will lose the class credit.

Class Prices All classes are 60 minutes. Please check the schedule for details. Inversions offers discounts and coupons throughout the year on all our classes so please keep us up to date on your email to receive coupons. Purchasing a series class guarantees you a preferred day and time each week. All classes at Inversions are kept small for one on one attention and instruction. There are eight students max per class unless we are running a special workshop.

Refunds Inversions Pole Fitness does not offer refunds. Not sure if it’s right for you? Take a one-time class before committing to a series, and we’ll show you how fun fitness can be.

Do I have to be able to climb the pole? No. Pole dance experience is not required. We train you to gain the strength to be able to climb the pole. Some women climb in a week and others can take months. Only you can decide if you are ready to climb the pole.

Do you offer private lessons? Yes! If you are too shy or just prefer individual one on one instruction, private pole dance fitness lessons are available. Private instruction can include 1 to 2 students. Call Inversions for prices on private lessons.

What is the payment policy? 50% of the session price is due at time of reservation. Because our classes are kept small with only eight students, classes fill up fast. In order to hold your spot a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due the day of your first class in each session. There will be a $25 fee charged in the event of non-sufficient funds transactions. Cash, Check and Credit are accepted. Please make your check payable to Inversions Pole Fitness, LLC.

How is Inversions different than other studios? We pride ourselves on offering a unique experience that sets us apart from other studios. Inversions was started with fitness, strength, safety and persistence in mind. We stand behind our goal of making all women feel empowered when they walk out of our studio. Our poles were customed engineered for our facility. Our 1400 sq ft studio contains six 14ft 50 mm brass poles and three 45mm stainless steel poles. Our classes consist of warm-up, stretching, flexibility training, sensual dancing, upper and lower body drills and plenty of pole time!
